Miswak and other types of chewing sticks are considered the first recorded form of dental hygiene. It is also widely used in the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, and is considered the most conservative secret in the ancient world.
Miswak is called "sunnah" in Islamic culture, which refers to the daily activities of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as part of his daily health.
Use MISWAK as follows:
Usage: Remove approximately 1 centimeter of the outer layer of the miswak and expose the internal bristles.
Separation: Soften Miswak's mane by chewing its tip. You can also separate them with your thumb.
Brushing teeth: Brush teeth in a circular motion, while placing miswak perpendicular to the oral cavity. Allow the bristles to enter the gaps between the teeth, providing a good flossing experience.
When the tip of your miswak dries, use a knife to cut it off. When you are ready to use it again, repeat the first step. We suggest reducing the tip once a day.
